Oysters from South Africa have been linked to instances of meals poisoning in Hong Kong.

The Centre for Meals Security (CFS) in Hong Kong ordered the suspension of imports of uncooked oysters produced by Zwembesi Farm Restricted in South Africa this previous week.

Six meals poisoning clusters have been recognized after consumption of uncooked oysters at one restaurant in Mong Kok and one other in Tsim Sha Tsui. It isn’t clear what the infectious agent is or how many individuals are sick.
